How do I book an appointment?

Please send me a message using the contact form below. You can also contact me by telephone on 07486 855416.  If I am not available please leave me a message. I aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. 

Your appointment will be at: Salomons, Broomhill Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent.  TN3 0TG. Parking is available on site.  On arrival, please go to the reception in the main building. I will meet you in the waiting lounge at your appointment time. 

Your  first appointment will last between 60 and 90 minutes.  During this session we will  talk about your concerns and how they developed and your goals for  therapy.  We will discuss options together and think about a plan for how you want to move forward. 

This  will depend on the nature of your difficulties and your goals for  therapy.  We will make an initial plan and review progress on an ongoing  basis.  Following review, arrangement of further therapy sessions will be very much led by you. 

What  you discuss in sessions is kept private and confidential.  In line with  my professional duty of care, this confidentiality will only be broken if there are concerns about your safety or the safety of another person.   In these circumstances, the necessary process would be discussed with you first where possible. 

In order to maintain best clinical practice, I  undertake regular supervision with a qualified psychologist. During these supervision sessions, any identifiable personal  information is anonymised.  

I keep a computerised record containing essential information such as name, address, date of birth, your contact details and GP details.  This information, alongside any clinical notes I may make, is held securely and remains solely for my use. I am registered with the Information Commissioners Office and comply with GDPR. Please see the Privacy Policy for more detailed information.
